1 - My videos won't show up at all! What do I do?
You will need to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from their website at www.adobe.com .
2 - The videos take a long time to upload. Why is this?
This could be down to your internet connection speeds, or downloading to much content at once for your computer to handle. i.e. having several pop out videos open
3) Why do the videos vary in quality, size and surroundings?
All our work is done at many different locations and various countries, using different kinds of cameras and equipment. We strive to aim for the best quality however this is not always possible.
4) Why can't I download the videos to my computer?
All our material is copyrighted and is for online use only. This is unfortunately a measure we have to take to prevent duplication. We have DVDs for sale if you wish to purchase these from www.signforward.com/Dvds.html
5) I have some videos I would like to put on the website, can I do this?
If you do have some clips that you think would be of benefit to the website, or would be interested in presenting some clips, please contact us via email. Please bear in mind that we only accept clips composed by native sign language users.
6) I want to see different topics and more videos, when will this happen?
We update our video database monthly - please do share your wishes or any suggestions with us or through the forums, we will try our best to meet your expectations.
7) I want to change my membership status or account details. How do I do this?
You can access your account information by clicking on your 'Profile' at the right side of the page.
